ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE POLICY
This Artificial Intelligence Policy (the “Policy”) sets forth the principles, guidelines, and responsibilities governing the use of Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) systems at My Medical Records Inc. (“My Medical Records”). The objective of this Policy is to ensure that AI technologies are adopted and utilized ethically, responsibly, and in alignment with My Medical Records’ mission, vision, and core values.
Background
My Medical Records is committed to harnessing the innovative potential of AI to drive value across our services while proactively mitigating the associated risks. This Policy provides a framework for the transparent, secure, consistent, and ethical management of AI across the organization.
For the purposes of this Policy, “AI” and “AI Systems” refer to technologies within our services that replicate functions traditionally associated with human intelligence—such as reasoning, learning, and adapting over time. These systems process data, prompts, or queries to produce outputs such as predictions, recommendations, autonomous or semi-autonomous decisions, and generated content (including text, images, video, or audio). AI Systems at My Medical Records may include large language models (LLMs), image recognition technologies, machine learning algorithms, generative AI, predictive models, and other autonomous or semi-autonomous decision-making tools.
