Yes — the core app is free for patients, with no credit card required. Paid plans add storage and family profiles.
Family & caregivers
Can I manage records for my family?
Yes. Keep separate profiles for children, a spouse, or aging parents, and switch between them from one account.
Security & privacy
How is my data protected?
Your records are encrypted in transit and at rest and the platform is built to HIPAA standards. You control who can access your information and can revoke access anytime.
Who can see my records?
Only you — and anyone you explicitly choose to share with. You can revoke access at any time.
