Is this real HIPAA compliance training, or just an awareness video?
It's a full workforce compliance course — Privacy Rule, Security Rule, Breach Notification, and the day-to-day handling of PHI and ePHI — followed by a graded 20-question quiz. It goes well beyond a short awareness clip.
Does this satisfy our HIPAA training requirement?
HIPAA doesn't certify specific courses. This training covers the topics the HHS Office for Civil Rights lists for a general workforce training program, and we provide a certificate and verification ID so you can document completion — but you and your privacy officer should confirm it meets your practice's policies.
How long does it take?
About 15 minutes. It's 19 short sections and a 20-question quiz, and most people finish in one sitting.
Do employees get a certificate?
Yes. The moment an employee passes, a PDF certificate of completion is emailed to them and to you — each with a verification ID you can keep in your compliance file.
Can I assign it to more than one employee?
Yes. Submit the form once per employee. To prevent abuse we cap unverified submissions per day from one IP address — if you hit it, we'll email you a verification link that lifts the cap.
What happens to my information?
We use your name and email to send the completion notification and to follow up about mmrCRM. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties.
